Filter Maintenance
This system is designed to last, providing exceptional performance for up to 1,000,000 gallons or 10 years. The sediment filter requires replacement annually, depending on water quality and usage. Replacement media includes all necessary components and easy-to-follow instructions, ensuring hassle-free maintenance.
Warranty Coverage
Return Policy: Unused products with the manufacturer's seal intact can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Opened or used products (excluding consumables, books, and DVDs) may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.
Product Warranty:
The system includes a one-year warranty covering all parts and labor costs due to manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the unit is defective upon arrival and returned within 30 days. The warranty excludes damage from environmental factors such as mineral buildup, hard water, or poor water quality.
No Electricity Required: Unlike some systems, the UltraHome Premium does not rely on electricity, eliminating power-related interruptions.
